i) A single domain license allows you to install SNetworks PHP Classifieds strictly only on one domain name. It is the regular encryted versoin of our script. When the licenses are generated then a license key and other encrypted codes are pasted in the script to prevent & protect from using the script on more than one domain. This version does not include all the features that are listed in our featured page. It has limited features unlike pro license. As it is encrypted therefore you won't be able to customize the site because modifying the ecrpyted codes will result in crash of whole site codes. Editing any encrypted codes will make your ineligible to receive any further support from us and we will not be responsible for any type of malfunction. If you want to setup more than one websites using our script, then you should obtain additional licenses from www.snetworksclassifieds.com or upgrade your license to pro version.

Please note that while using single domain license you won't be able to add any copyright texts or powered by text even with additionaly paid.

ii) A master source license allows you to install SNetworks PHP Classifieds under any numbers of domain names you want, as long as those owner is same as license holder. Every domain is verified through it's WHOIS information which must match with registered license holder. You can do all types of customization you want with this script version. It is the pro version of our script. You can easily modify the script in your own way as the source codes are unencrypted and there are no chances for the script to crash unlike regular license. You are not allowed to remove the script powered by text unless you purchase Textlink Removal authorization additionally from our website. You are getting the original source code of the classifieds script where only the footer portion is encrypted to protect it's brand name (modification is still possible).

iii) A textlink removal authorization allows you to make your own branding in our SNetworks PHP Classifieds scripts. This is completely additional, and if you do not want our textlink to our site to be displayed at the bottom of your classifieds website then you can buy this to get rid of the link which says "Powered by SNetworks PHP Classifieds". This is a legal authorized agreement for branding on your site. Removal without this authorized letter will voilates the terms and conditions and your script may stop working at certain time.

Please note that the branding is only for the font-end section of the classifieds website. It does not let's you have your own brand name on the admin panel (back-end). Therefore, your admin panel will sitll have the SNetworks name on it. Except for the front-end side.

iv) A professional installation service is done by our technecians in you server in a good manner. This installation service offers you 80%-90% of money back guarantee. Let's say if you are not completely satisfied and our technicians are unable to completely install the classifieds script in your hosting server then the refund will be eligible, however it depends on the situation and attempts made by our techinicians. This is very effective to get the site up and running faster than usual. And this task is usually completely within few hours however you are requested to allow minimum of 24-48 hours after purchase.

v) An express installation service is done by our professionals with high priority above the regular installation tasks. vii) A style customization job is done by our selected web designers according to your requirements and guidance. The usual customizations done includes Fonts, Colours, Sizes, Tables, Buttons, Backgrounds, Headtexts, Logo etc. This service is available in dedicated way through e-mail or live chat (on demand within approximate fixed time for each user. Attempt to modification shall be done maximum of twice and users are requested to provide all the required changes in the beggining to avoid multiple attempts for modification.

2. SCRIPT SUPPORT: Initially when you buy any of our license then from the date of purchase, you will receive support up to six months. This regular support subscription includes any updates, upgrades, fixes and solutions. The six months validity applies to regular & pro license holders. SNetworks reservers full rights to suspend support subscription anytime without prior notice to the user when terms and conditions are violated in any means. 3. CHANGE OF DOMAIN NAME: All regular script license(s) are granted for a particular domain name. If you move the script to a new domain, then you should inform SNetworks PHP Classifieds about the transfer for approval. Any such transfers without the approval of snetworksclassifieds.com will void your script license(s). Only applicable for REG license holders.

4. TRANSFER OF LICENSE: If a website running SNetworks PHP Classifieds is to be transfered to another party, along with the script, then you should report the transfer to [email protected] prior to the transfer. SNetworks PHP Classifieds will have the rights to prevent you from transfering the script license and thus the script files to the new party, if the transfer is found to be unacceptable. If approved by SNetworks, the transfer of the website will also involve the transfer of your script license and you will no longer be eligible to use the license any further even if you own Pro license. Each license is eligible to run particulary by one person only. Additionally, any such transfers should retain the script's name and all the original copyright notices including those in the administration area as well as the source files and also contain an unaltered copy of script pack.

5. PAYMENTS: SNetworksClassifieds.com does not have it's own house billing management. We use the paid billing service provided by third party accounts & secreterial management service provider. Where all payments made to the SNetworks Classifieds are handled by third party provider where billing provider is not liable for any deliveries or software issues. SNetworks is no way partnered or affiliated with the billing management company. All actual resolution shall be done by contacting to our billing people. 6. REFUNDS: Payments made to www.SNetworksClassifieds.com are final and shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This terms applies to all types of license(s), add ons, legal items etc. payment. But if you order installations or any other customization services by our technicians then you may get refunds if only there is any failure where conditions are appliled and subject to approval by SNetworks re-presentatives. SNetworks own complete rights for the decision over situations. If any chargebacks or other transaction issues occurs then your purchased license will be suspended temporarily untill the issue has been resolved by the buyer as soon as possible. Please note that there maybe billing settlement charges depending on the situation when occurs with the transactions made to SNetworks. Any such penalty fee must be paid before the license(s) are unsuspended.

7. COPYRIGHTS: SNetworks PHP Classifieds is copyright protected software act 1976. All rights on the script are reserved by SNetworksClassifieds.com. You may not resell or redistribute the script in any means. Please note that we do not allow online website resellers and we do not have any other website rather than snetworksclassifieds.com where SNetworks PHP Classifieds script are being sold.

8. DISCLAIMER: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. SNETWORKSCLASSIFIEDS.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER CraigslistClone.info NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CraigslistClone.info HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. 2: that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorney's fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized license, who is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of SNETWORKS relaying upon such misrepresentations in removing or ceasing to disable access to it.
